New Chromebooks Available for Checkout

The Wabasso Public Library now has Chromebooks available for checkout.  You can utilize these new devices for free!

Chromebooks are designed to connect to the internet using the Chrome operating system. Information is not saved on the device – closing the cover or a browser window will end your session. Work that is not saved to the Google Cloud will not be saved when a session ends.

Check out is available only to adult cardholders who have had a valid library card in good standing ($0.00 balance) for at least 30 days. Checkout period is one week, with no renewals allowed. Limit of one per household. A seven-day waiting period is required between checkouts. Users must sign an agreement form.
